REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Let's enhance your experience of visiting Crete for cultural exchange purposes. Let us show you first-hand the beauty and History of our town. Starting from Agora, one of the most important landmarks of Chania and still active as a traditional market nowadays, we will walk you around the Old Town taking you to a journey from the present to the past and back again. Let's enjoy a cultural and educational walk with the expertise leading of Filomathia Greek Language Centre's team. Let's soak up the lively atmosphere, the vivid colours as well as the rich History and culture of the Island of Crete... Let's walk!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

  • The registration fee must be paid within 15 days of the abstract being accepted and receipt of the confirmation email of acceptance
  • The fee is non-refundable
  • All payments must be made in Euros/€
  • Payments on site are NOT accepted
  • Cheques are NOT accepted
  • The fee does NOT cover travel expenses, cost of visa (if any) or accommodation for participants

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We kindly request you to adhere to the terms and conditions of payment as described above.

There are two methods of payment for CTICDS:

  • ONLINE PAYMENT/PayPal
  • BANK TRANSFER

The conference chair will provide all the necessary information for online payment and bank transfer when the abstract of the participant has been accepted and the registration form has been completed. You can pay your registration fee through your bank directly to one of our bank accounts. In the title of the transfer, please put 'CTICDS Conference', participant name, surname and institution. Please note that all transfer costs need to be incurred by your bank. 

VISA INFORMATION

It is the participant's responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Greece and apply for a conference visa if necessary. If you require a visa, it is advisable to obtain an official invitation letter from the conference organiser as soon as possible. Only when the abstract has been accepted and the registration fee paid can an invitation letter be issued.
